NEXA NUTRITION RETURN POLICY
Effective June 2025

At Nexa Nutrition, your wellness journey is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your product within 30 days of receipt, you may be eligible for a return or exchange—subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility:

  • Only first-time customers may request a return under the 30-day guarantee.

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date.

  • To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original packaging,unopened and unused. 

  • Proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) are required. Any packages received without an RMA will not be processed or returned.

Return Instructions:

  1. Contact our support team at nexanutritionstore@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product received.

  2. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address and RMA number. You must ship the product back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  3. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping fees.

Restocking Fee:

All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

  • If your return does not meet the stated conditions, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any items returned without authorization

  • Products  used or missing packaging

  • Orders marked as delivered over 30 days ago

  • Items purchased during promotional bundles or clearance sales
