NEXA NUTRITION RETURN POLICY

At Nexa Nutrition, your wellness journey is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your product within 30 days of receipt, you may be eligible for a return or exchange—subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility:

Only first-time customers may request a return under the 30-day guarantee.

The request must be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original packaging,unopened and unused.

Proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) are required. Any packages received without an RMA will not be processed or returned.
Return Instructions:

Contact our support team at nexanutritionstore@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product received.

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address and RMA number. You must ship the product back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping fees.
Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

If your return does not meet the stated conditions, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items:

Any items returned without authorization

Products used or missing packaging

Orders marked as delivered over 30 days ago
